So, first up, apologies for the tardiness of these posts and double apols to Badger – you’ll get a disc of photos, er, sometime soon. Anyway, here’s what the Brits got up to in Seattle. First up, a trip in Ulithi out into Lake Washington, back up the Cut to Lake Union, and a few glasses of vino.

The next day, off to Snowqualmie Falls for bear-spotting…
A quick peek at the Falls, a tour of the rusty trains, then off to ‘Twin Peaks’ country at North Bend for some damn average sandwiches (mmm, all you can stomach chips).
In the afternoon, Fremont and its various chocolate shops and rockets beckoned.
And what neighbourhood tour would be complete without an awkward pose by the concrete Troll. Bless.
